Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If orders are placed on a weekend or a Bank Holiday we will endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours from the next working day.
All orders for the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail or UKMAIL (DHL) depending on the size of the order.
All orders for the EU and the Rest of the World will be dispatched with Royal Mail on either International Tracked and Signed Service or International Tracked, depending on the destination country.
We always get proof of posting when dispatching orders. Therefore, in the unfortunate event that a parcel does get lost, we have everything we need to help find your parcel.
The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost in the UK until 15 working days have elapsed & 25 days when posting internationally. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us if you believe the items is lost and we will do everything we can to help you. Contact us by email email@example.com
Returns & Refunds
1. How do I return a non-faulty item?
If you would like to return non-faulty item(s) to us, please contact us on 0345 241 0505 (local rates apply) within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To send your item(s) to us, please ensure that you enclose a delivery note and keep a proof of posting from the Post Office/Carrier. All items must be received back to us within the 14 day returns period in order to process your refund.
UK & International Customers - For non-faulty items these must be returned at your own cost to the following address: Allicin International Ltd, Half House, Military Road, Rye, United Kingdom, TN31 7NY. Please note that when you return an item we will withhold a £5.00 restocking fee per return.
2. How do I return a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us on 0345 241 0505 (local rates apply) within 30 days of receiving the goods.
When you return the faulty goods please state the fault and enclose the cost of postage on your returns note which you must include inside the returned package. Please keep a proof of posting from the Post Office/Carrier. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for returning the item.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office/Carrier as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
3. What is the £5 restocking fee?
This restocking fee is in respect of the cost we will incur in administering a non-faulty return. However, we will not deduct a re-stocking fee in respect of products which were delivered faulty or incorrectly by us.
